Karen C. Lattibeaudiere, Paralegal


Karen has worked in the legal industry in various areas of the law for over twenty five years starting out as a legal secretary. She then worked as a legal assistant, administrative assistant and Paralegal. Karen went to Monroe College and received an Associate Degree in Business Administration and her bachelors in Business Management. She then went on to gain her Masters of Science in Legal Studies with a concentration in intellectual property and technology transfer from Albany Law School. To complete the tertiary education, Karen went to University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she gained her Juris Doctor. While at law school, she interned at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General – Division of Criminal Justice - the Prosecutor Bureau dealing with New Jersey State Police Recruit disciplinary hearings and human trafficking. Karen has also worked as a law clerk. At the Reading Law Firm, Karen works as a paralegal while waiting to pass the bar. Karen assists with the management of estates that are in the probate and administration phase and notarizes legal documents for our clients.

Lisa Reidinger – B.S., Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Certified Social Worker


Lisa comes to the Reading Law Firm after a long career administering senior services at Valley View Care Center in Newton, Knoll View in Sparta, Regency Grande Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dover, and most recently, Barn Hill Care Center in Newton. In varied settings Lisa has advocated for the residents and arranged for discharge plans, homecare services, hospice care, and assist with all insurance issues. At the same time Lisa was providing support to new admissions and their families and serving as a liason between the families and the facility. Lisa at all times has kept abreast of regulatory changes in senior services at the county, state and federal level. At the Reading Law Firm Lisa oversees Medicaid applications, guardianships and long term care planning.
